Public catalog and branding
The public catalog publishes approved program versions on a branded, bilingual, search-engine-friendly site — with per-institution control over colors, logo, and exactly which fields appear.
What gets published
Only approved program versions can be published, and the catalog always shows the latest published snapshot — drafts and working edits never leak. Publishing is explicit: an approved version stays private until an institution-wide admin publishes it, and any version can be hidden from the catalog without unpublishing its history.
Choosing what visitors see
Catalog settings work as an allow-list: each institution decides exactly which program fields and sections appear publicly, and everything else stays private by default. The display order of all catalog elements — built-in and custom — is fully controllable, so the public page reads the way the institution wants.
Institutional branding
Each institution applies its own logo, colors, and header imagery to its catalog and sign-in pages. Colors theme both the left-to-right and right-to-left layouts, and the platform warns when a chosen color combination is unreadable before it ships.
Search engines and sharing
Every public page is bilingual with proper language alternates, has its own sitemap entry, and serves crawler-ready titles and descriptions — so programs are discoverable in both Arabic and English search. Shared links unfurl with a branded preview card carrying the institution's identity.
