ProgramsFlow

Everything you need to run academic programs

From the first proposal to full accreditation, ProgramsFlow brings program design, review, governance, and publishing into one bilingual platform.

Build & evolve programs

Design rich, accreditation-ready programs and keep every version, course, and outcome perfectly in sync.

Program creation & versioning

Create detailed programs and publish new versions over time, while every earlier version stays intact for reference and accreditation.

Side-by-side version comparison

Instantly see exactly what changed between two versions of a program, so reviewers and accreditors can trust every update.

Course management

Manage courses, elective baskets, prerequisites, and credit and contact hours — with totals that add up automatically.

Outcome mapping (PLOs & CLOs)

Map course outcomes to program outcomes in a clear coverage matrix that proves your curriculum delivers what it promises.

Study-plan builder

Lay out a structured study plan across levels and terms, giving students and reviewers a clear path to graduation.

Exit points & degree levels

Define recognized exit points and degree levels so learners can earn credentials at meaningful milestones along the way.

UN SDG alignment

Connect programs to the UN Sustainable Development Goals to showcase impact and meet modern accreditation expectations.

Review & approve with confidence

Route every proposal through the exact approval path your institution follows — no email chains, no lost decisions.

Configurable review workflows

Model your own review process with custom stages, procedures, and forms — so the platform matches how your institution actually works.

Approve, reject & return decisions

Reviewers approve, reject, or return each submission for revision, and requests can be safely re-submitted without losing work.

Cases that track every step

Every proposal moves through a case that shows its current stage, who is responsible, and what happens next — with nothing left to guesswork.

Committees & responsibilities

Assign committees to the stages they own, so the right people review the right work at the right moment.

Govern & stay accountable

Give every person the right access, and keep a defensible record of who changed what and when.

College & department scoping

Each college or department sees and edits only its own programs, keeping data cleanly separated across the institution.

Roles & access control

Give every person exactly the access they need with clear roles — from institution admins to department staff and reviewers.

Audit log & full change history

A complete, tamper-evident record of every important change gives you accountability and audit-ready evidence at any moment.

Template builder

Design your own forms and checklists with rich field types — text, tables, matrices, SDG pickers, and more — no developer needed.

Publish & keep everyone informed

Share a polished public catalog, match your brand, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Public program catalog

Publish a beautiful, bilingual catalog of your programs with full control over what the public sees, and SEO-friendly public pages.

Branding & theming

Make the platform your own with your logo, colors, and fonts — every public page reflects your institution’s identity.

Notifications, digests & reminders

Keep everyone in the loop with in-app notifications, daily or weekly email digests, and automatic deadline reminders.

Excel import & bulk invites

Start fast by importing structured data from spreadsheets and inviting many colleagues at once instead of one by one.

Achievement records

Capture and publish notable achievements alongside your programs to tell a fuller story of your institution’s excellence.

Two clear paths: create something new, or improve what you have

Whether you are launching a brand-new program or refining an existing one, ProgramsFlow keeps each journey clear, controlled, and fully documented.

Produce a new program

Design a program from the ground up — courses, outcomes, study plan, and all the details — then send it through your approval process until it goes live in the catalog.

Amend an existing program

Propose focused changes to a program that is already published — update courses, outcomes, or requirements — while the current version keeps serving students until the amendment is approved.

The amendment reviewer

Every amendment is checked by a designated reviewer or committee before it goes live. They see exactly what is being changed, then approve it, return it for revision, or reject it — so no change reaches students without a second set of eyes.

The amendment audit trail

Each amendment leaves a clear record of who proposed it, who reviewed it, what changed, and when it went live — giving you a complete, accreditation-ready history for compliance and accountability.

Frequently asked questions

Does the platform support Arabic?+

Arabic is a first-class language, not a translation layer. Every screen works fully right-to-left, all program content can be authored in Arabic and English side by side, and the public catalog serves both languages from the same links.

Can we model our own review and approval workflows?+

Yes. Workflows are fully configurable: you define the stages, which committee or role is responsible at each stage, the forms and checklists reviewers fill in, and deadlines with automatic reminders. New program proposals and amendments to existing programs can each follow their own path.

How does ProgramsFlow help with academic accreditation?+

Accreditation reviews live or die on documentation. ProgramsFlow keeps program specifications structured and versioned, records every review decision with who took it and when, maps learning outcomes across courses and programs, and produces a complete audit trail — so evidence for reviewers is generated by daily work instead of assembled in a last-minute rush.

What is the public program catalog?+

Each institution gets a branded public site listing its approved academic programs — study plans, admission information, and program details — in Arabic and English. It updates automatically when a new version is approved, and it is indexable by search engines so prospective students actually find it.

How is our data protected?+

Each institution's data is strictly isolated. Access is governed by role-based permissions scoped to institution, college, and department, sign-in is handled by a dedicated identity provider, and every significant change is recorded in an append-only audit log that administrators can review and export.

We already have program specifications in Word and Excel. How do we start?+

You don't start from zero. Study plans and course tables can be imported from spreadsheets, specification templates are configurable to match the formats you already use, and a preset library provides ready-made templates and process types you can copy and adapt.
