ProgramsFlow
Performance indicators add-on

Performance indicators built for academic institutions

IndicatorsFlow helps institutions define key performance indicators, collect results where the teaching happens, and track achievement against targets — in one bilingual workspace.

One platform, a family of products

ProgramsFlow is the core platform, and a growing family of add-ons extends it — so your institution manages programs, indicators, and scheduling in one place.

What IndicatorsFlow does for your quality team

Everything an institution needs to turn scattered measurement spreadsheets into one living picture of academic performance.

Indicator definitions & targets

Define your key performance indicators once — with clear targets and measurement methods — so everyone measures the same thing the same way.

Data collection at the source

Faculty record results directly on their own courses and sections, so data arrives from where the teaching actually happens — not from email attachments.

Automatic roll-ups

Results aggregate automatically from sections and courses up to programs, departments, and colleges — no manual consolidation, no double counting.

Dashboards & trends

See achievement against targets across terms at a glance, and spot indicators drifting off course while there is still time to act.

Linked to your real programs

Indicators connect to the actual programs, versions, and courses your institution manages in ProgramsFlow — measurement stays aligned with what you deliver.

Accreditation-ready evidence

Every result keeps its context — who measured it, when, and against which target — so accreditation evidence is ready when reviewers ask.

Part of the ProgramsFlow family

IndicatorsFlow integrates as an add-on for institutions using ProgramsFlow, building directly on your existing programs, courses, and academic structure — no duplicate data entry, one consistent platform.

Common questions

What is an academic key performance indicator (KPI) system?

It is a system for defining the indicators an institution is measured by — pass rates, learning-outcome attainment, satisfaction, accreditation KPIs — then collecting results across programs and courses and tracking achievement against targets. IndicatorsFlow does this as part of the ProgramsFlow family, linked directly to the programs and courses already in the platform.

How are indicator results collected across departments?

Instead of emailing spreadsheets each term, results are entered at the source: faculty and coordinators record values for their own courses and programs, and the system rolls them up to department, college, and institution level automatically. Every figure keeps its origin, so an aggregate can always be traced back to the inputs behind it.

How is achievement tracked against indicator targets?

Each indicator carries a target, and dashboards show actual values against it per program, course, and period — so gaps surface while there is still time to act, not in the annual report. For accreditation, the same records serve as ready evidence that indicators are monitored systematically.

Does IndicatorsFlow require ProgramsFlow?

IndicatorsFlow is an add-on module of the ProgramsFlow platform: indicators attach to the programs and course offerings already defined there, so there is no duplicate data entry and results always reference the official program versions. Institutions enable it per subscription alongside the core platform.
