The program portfolio tracks every academic program idea from first proposal through study, approval, and launch until it becomes an active program with versions, approvals, and a public catalog entry.

Process types define the stages, responsibilities, and templates of an academic procedure; cases are running instances that carry submissions through review, approval, deadlines, and escalation.

Templates turn program specifications, self-studies, and committee checklists into structured bilingual forms, with over twenty field types including tables, computed values, and outcome matrices.

Create bilingual official Word document templates with separate Arabic and English DOCX files, safe tokens and loops, validation, approved-source generation, and immutable downloads.

Manage course records, credit models, prerequisites and corequisites, year-long courses, and level-by-level study plans — with automated plan-health checks before a case can advance.

The optional Course Files add-on gives each program a private dashboard for tracking required course documents, recurring updates, LMS links, uploads, and version history across every course.

The public catalog publishes approved program versions on a branded, bilingual, search-engine-friendly site — with per-institution control over colors, logo, and exactly which fields appear.

Access in ProgramsFlow combines a role with an optional college or department scope, enforced on every read and write — from committee reviews to program edits and public publishing.
